Batteries and bulbs8/11/2023 ![]() Saturday 6/20 the battery was brought into the store for testing. I contacted the store on 6/19 and I was told that they needed the battery to test it. In order to use my car I needed to replace the battery at a cost of $230. AAA was unable to jump it and it was towed to Sunset KIA where they diagnosed a bad battery. my daughter was using car and it would not start. I purchased an auto battery 5/18 with a 3 year replacement warranty. They said they would refund me my money spent, but they never mentioned a time frame.įailure of a covered battery caused me to replace battery at a dealership and store refuses to refund me for battery cost. I have not gotten any service for the money I spent. In short they broke my phone and will not return my money to me. I returned the battery and they still have it. The battery they put in my phone didn't last more than a couple days. They have not provided any service for me. Also if the battery that is sold to me did not work and it was returned. I want my electronics to still work after a battery is installed. Now the owner says he will only give half of my money back. I misplaced the receipt and just found it. They told me to come into the store and get a full refund. I returned the phone to them after a couple days, and left it with them, They kept the phone for a couple days before they told me they could not fix the phone. They put a battery in and it worked for about a day or two then died. I went into the store and left them my phone to put a battery in it. I will once again describe What happened. ![]() You can look at the paperwork and see that the bank sided with me. The bank sided with me and made the credit to my account permanent as of. I had contacted the bank and gave them the correct version of what had transpired. this claim is invalid.īatteries plus submitted paperwork from the bank on the decision as of. The bank initially sided with batteries plus, but I disputed the debit and clarified what had happened and the bank reversed the debit and credited my account. All documents are attached for proof of transaction. 25th, 2021 we received a credit from Bank of America for the transaction amount of 74.89. ![]() 24th, 2021 Bank of America stated the transaction had been reversed in my favor. See attached documentation showing Batteries Plus won the bank account transaction. If he cannot find the recordings I will try and find them. I suggest the owner to listen to all three phone calls. I remember the phone calls and they completely contradict his statement. I would like to hear the voice recording. I lost the receipt, and when I found the receipt the owner changed his mind. I was told they would refund my money for the battery. They had the phone for 5 days before they advised that they could not fix the phone. The phone was returned with in 2 days of picking it up from the store. (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) We would be happy to warranty the battery but since its past 14 days we cannot refund the money. This claim was also disputed to the bank for the charged amount in which the Bank for Batteries Plus found in our favor. This release states product was working at time of release. And all check ins are signed on release of phones to customers. We have a check in process for all phones brought into our store. We offered a warranty since it was past the two weeks which was refused. Mr ****** was informed we have a 2 week return policy (See attached receipt Mr. ****** had a repair done on his Motorola Z3 on. No one from the company ever called me or tried to resolve the issue in any way. I received no service from this company, just a broken phone and battery, and they kept both. I disputed the charges with my bank and the bank credited my account.
